doc told me few days before spots come out until they scab over ,do they really know for sure though.?
my midwife said only time it can be serious in pregnancy is 1st 12 weeks and the last weeks ,if baby is born with them they have no antibodies to fight the virus and could be fatal.if my kids had them in that time frame id need a test to see if im immune .if not id need the vaccination x
evi is really upset she took her pj's off this morning and took the head off a big one on her forehead, she was saying mummy am i gonna scar for life :( hope she dont, she as them in her head and everywher x

yes for the 1st 12 weeks barbra and the last week incase baby is born with them, mums own antibiodies fight the virus to protect baby but cant in developing stages 0-12 weeks and obviously a new born baby cant fight it so can be fatal x

That's great, so glad they're doing better!! I'm sure they won't scar, and since she's so young, if they did I bet they'd fade pretty quickly on her nice young skin. :) But we'll hope not!

my MIL (shes a nurse) says when they are young that the scars fade cuz the skin renews itself better and it will cover the scars completly.
